MatHem leads the way in using technology for operating an online grocery business and ensuring consistent product availability is a key one of them, leveraging technology, data, user understanding, process automation, and lean manufacturing. To make this possible, we’re now looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead this product domain, with the passion and goal set to make a real impact on our customers and our company.

Responsibilities:

As the Product Manager leading the Product Availability team, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the core user experience and customer satisfaction by streamlining the entire workflow between assortment and our warehouse, making sure we have every selectable item available for our customers, and that we deliver on what we promise!

There is a long journey between MatHem’s purchasing departments buying goods from our suppliers, through receiving the goods electronically, putting them on the shelves in our warehouses to picking consumers baskets, and making sure that our customers receive all the groceries they want - you’ll take ownership of our product availability, balance and out of stock levels.

This role involves understanding of user expectations as well as understanding how to efficiently automate flows to meet those needs. It’s a data paradise - really, there is a lot of good data to dig into and find great opportunities!

You’ll be working hands-on in close collaboration across the different product-development teams as well as with our supply chain teams, to help scaling the domain. You own backlogs and roadmap and work closely with the CPO and management team to set the vision, strategy, and plan. You will report to the CPO.

We Believe You Are:

Experienced: We look for several years of software product management experience, preferably with supply chain, logistics, and/or e-commerce. You enjoy working with data and appreciate and understand business processes. It is a large plus if you have prior experience in integrating different large software systems.

Hands-on: You enjoy interacting closely with engineers, data analysts, and many stakeholders. You appreciate spending time together with your teams, take part in all weekly routines, and do what is required for your teams to perform at the top. You need to understand complex physical product flows to build effective software.

Leadership skills: You have the ambition and drive to take a leading product role in a growing domain. In previous roles, you have demonstrated leadership skills. You understand the value of communication and inclusiveness.

Decisive: We are here to win and we need to move quickly. You are courageous, dare to take decisions, and well-informed risks.

Synthesizing: You are great at clearly articulating problems and needs, based on large amounts of information.
