Right now, we’re looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for Mathem’s Product Information Management domain - enabling us to have the correct product info and having a dynamic assortment for building a long-term personalized online shopping experience.

What you’ll do:
Product information and content is at the core of what we do and a fundamental pillar of Mathen’s online shopping experience in regards to:
• Ensuring an automatic and dynamic assortment
• Giving customers the product information most relevant to them
• Fulfilling regulatory and legal obligations, such as always accurate allergens
This is the foundation of the next-generation personalized shopping experience. You will lead the work to fully automate the information handling of our assortment, ensuring that it’s always complete, accurate, and fresh. You will lead the work to enrich it to let users search, navigate and experience the assortment in new ways.
In your role as a Product Manager for the Product Information Management domain, you’ll enable Mathem to:
• Quickly adapt the assortment to the demand of our customers
• Build new personalized shopping experiences
• Present each product in an intuitive and attractive way
You’ll work hands-on with the engineering teams, the supply chain teams and will collaborate with other product managers, data scientists, user researchers, and designers to scale the domain.
To reach your goals, you’ll also assess whether to build or buy software. You’ll drive your product area from strategy to execution in an agile way of working and will be responsible for your products’ KPIs and impact.
You understand how to prioritize the outcome and enjoy having honest priority conversations with stakeholders. You own backlogs and roadmap and work closely with the Product Area Manager to set the vision, strategy, and plan.
Who we’re looking for:
Experience: We look for several years of software product management experience, preferably with supply chain, logistics, B2B, business stakeholders, and/or e-commerce. You enjoy working with data and appreciate and understand business processes. It’s a large plus if you have prior experience in integrating different large software systems.
Hands-on: You enjoy interacting closely with engineers, data analysts, and many stakeholders. You appreciate spending time together with your teams, taking part in all weekly routines, and doing what's required for your teams to perform at the top. You need to understand complex physical product flows to build effective software.
Leadership skills: You have the ambition and drive to take a leading product role in a growing domain. In previous roles, you have demonstrated leadership skills. You understand the value of communication and inclusiveness.
Decisive: We’re here to win and we need to move quickly. You’re courageous, dare to take decisions, and have well-informed risks.
Synthesizing: You’re great at clearly articulating problems and needs, based on large amounts of information.
