About the position:
As the Fashion Product Manager within our proprietary brands department, you will head up the buying and development of our five inhouse fashion brands and report to the Category Manager. We have ambitious growth goals for our proprietary brands and they are of high importance for the business. You will part of a team of three Product Managers and two Designers working with different categories, from toys and interior to baby products. The position is based in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends to set and work with category and brand strategies to meet business targets, brand profiling and consumer demands.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, negotiate vendor allowances as well as terms of purchase.
• Involvement in sourcing process and making sure that we have an ideal factory base.
• Take part in creating purchasing budgets for each brand as well as making sure purchases are in line with purchasing and sales budgets.
• Lead the projects of developing of each collection for each brand, making sure they follow budget and brand roadmaps as well as making sure production and delivery timelines are followed.
• Responsible for analyzing, quantifying and placing orders and each style’s technical specification.
• Work closely with CSR team to secure product safety standards and agreements are being met.
• Work closely with the Category Manager and the Design and Production Manager.
• Daily follow up on assortment to analyze sales, pricing, margins, stock levels.
We are looking for a person who is/has:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, management or similar
• Textile background and/or education
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Previous experience working within a buying organization or working with textile products in a retail or ecommerce company
• Experience or knowledge in setting product requirements towards agents, suppliers and factories
• Excellent communicator and a team player
• Proficient in English (all company wide internal communication is in English)
• Passion and enthusiasm for fashion/production/e-commerce

Extent: 40h/week, Permanent employment with six months’ probation period.
