We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our Product and Marketing team with responsibility for all Qliro’s payment products which include our; invoice, buy-now-pay-later, fixed and flexible part payments as well as direct payment. Qliro’s payment products are fundamental in our core offer to both merchants and to consumers. As a Product Manager for Qliro’s Payment Products you will be responsible to manage and develop Qliro’s pallet of payment products.

Within the Product Manager role, you will drive the agenda and development of Qliro’s payment products to ensure that our products evolve in accordance to the needs of our customers and merchants. Collaboration will be key in your success and you will become a focal point within Qliro with interactions across the whole company. Your mission is to create the best possible payment product and experience that a consumer can get.

What you will do

- Set and drive the Product strategy and focus areas based on the overall company strategy
- Responsible for identifying large scale market and consumer trends and how that relates to our payment products
- Responsible for creating business cases to calculate expected outcome of larger changes in the service or larger new features
- Responsible to ensure relevant KPI’s are followed up upon
- Maintain and prioritize a product roadmap based on input from product strategy, customer and merchant feedback.
- Make prioritization decisions and ensure the right focus of the development teams
- Coordinate and manage many different stakeholders to ensure we get the best payment product in the market.
- Build and share knowledge and help develop the competence within Qliro, and especially all people interacting with our payment products
- Represent the product in internal forums such as risk and compliance
- Be the owner of internal product documentation and processes
- Support in sales process and meetings
- Ensure that operational day to day processes are properly implemented throughout the organization to maintain a high quality of the products




We believe you:

- Have experience from working as a Product Owner or similar, preferably with experience from payment products
- Are a true team player fostering collaboration
- Have a strong interest in technology, follow latest industry trends, and you are used to working closely with development teams on a daily basis
- Have experience from leading cross functional teams without formal reporting line
- Are a natural problem solver with “do-er” mentality, eye for details, and obsession with quality and structure in everything you do
- Have excellent communication skills and fluency in English, a Nordic language is seen as a merit but not a requirement
