Collective Bargaining Agreement (Teknikavtalet).Responsibilities
Responsible for the Repair offering towards all sales channels
Repair P&L and budget
Product life cycle plans, 5 years roadmaps and 12 month release plans
Analyzes of market requirements and competitors (service level and pricing)
Definition of business requirements (MRS), repair business case, value propositions, target price and cost
Responsible for the Repair conditions of Distributor Agreements and OEM Contracts
Drive volume estimation and planning for Repair. Decide on customer specific requests
Cost and quality follow up and prioritizing of measuresRequired competencies
3+ years’ experience in Repair Service Business
Experience in Repair Operations
Experience in Product Management
Fundamental knowledge of on-site wireless telecommunications solutions
Experience in driving product management activities for complex business-to-business products and applications
Business skills: understands financials, revenue, margins, profitability of different distribution models
Personal skills
Skills in presenting technologically complex systems to the market
Independent and pragmatic attitude
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English is a must, Swedish strongly preferred
Team player with the ability to drive and motivate others
