Aurobay is looking for a Product Manager Sales & Customer Relations. This is a fantastic opportunity in a new business, where you will work as a leader in the Digital organization. You will be part of exploring, building, and supporting the digital capabilities to take the Aurobay commercial landscape to the next level. Understanding and contributing to the creation and execution of the customer journey for B2B and (possibly B2C) sales and deliver in an agile fashion based on masterplans, capability roadmaps and architecture blueprints. We rapidly need to understand and leverage on the key foundations to find, attract, and manage new and current customers in a stellar fashion. What will you do?

You will be initiating and establishing a whole new digital landscape supporting Sales & Customer Relations, and as such responsible for the vision/north star, content, and deliveries regarding all digital capabilities, including areas like CRM, sales support and other capabilities needed to enhance the customer experience. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are commercial driven with a strong customer and user focus. You take ownership of your product domain, the well-being of your team, and continuous improvement of your products.

- Identify needed digital capabilities to support the Sales & Customer Relations domain and initiate and establish the product landscape to support these capabilities.
- Lead the development of the software products in the Sales & Customer Relations domain by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Data and analytics - Monitor market insights, quantitative and qualitative data to help identify customer and user needs. Analyzing these insights, validating possible solutions and turning them into development activities and product roadmaps
- Help Aurobay transform our company vision, strategy, goals and ideas into tangible development activities to maximize business value.
- Protecting the long-term technical integrity of the area in close collaboration with the Engineering and architectural function.
- Ensure rapid iterations and experiments
- Establish and monitor key product success metrics and analytics for your area.
- Communicate vision and roadmap cross-functionally and be the spokesperson for your team.
- Leverage agile methodology in your ways of working
- Guide continuous improvements efforts for the included capabilities advancing maturity, looking forward to technology trends and capabilities that will enhance business outcomes.
- Lead commercial process design and workflow definition ensuring consistency in for example sales support, customer relations, customer portal etc.
- Enabling commercial perspectives of a variety of business models
- License management, testing and security
- Coordinating content dependencies with other key areas like PLM, ERP and MES.
- Internal and external networks and communication


You will actively contribute, and role model a culture of transparency, fun, passion, ownership, and willingness for success. The team is mainly located in Gothenburg (HQ) and Skövde (Plant), Sweden, and we are also connected to teams in China.

Do you fit the profile?

We are looking for someone who has experience from leading and driving product strategy for consumer digital products as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years, preferably within sales. You have a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong collaboration skills and a sense of ownership and drive with a can-do-attitude.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred; education concentrated in business or technology fields is preferred.

- Experience from implementing digital projects, digital self-service, digital sales/growth or implementation of CRM and customer service utilizing agile methods.
- Strong understanding and practical experience of agile development methodologies in digital product teams.
- Experience with using various tools for managing and visualizing the progress and value of product teams.
- Experience in transformation and product organization establishment
- You have a passion for the existing and potential customer and aim to create user experiences that are best-in-class, using a data-driven approach.
- You solve problems going from the customer to how the technology works and have an ability to quickly translate customer opportunity or need into product and technology activities.
- You value designing user-centric experiences with deep empathy for the customer, specific to true consumer needs based on consumer insights and data.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by commercial success. You take ownership of your product domain, the well-being of the team, and continuous improvement of your products.
