We are now searching for our next Product Manager! In this role you will develop and implement the strategy for the product line Sodium Chlorate and Chlorine Dioxide to optimize sustainable financial results for Renewable Fibers. Welcome with your application!
Main responsibilities
As our Product Manager you will develop and implement the strategy for the product line as key input to the business line Renewable Fibers financial and CAPEX planning. You are expected to develop pricing strategy and drive implementation of pricing process and tools, and measure against objectives and KPIs.
You will be responsible for defining the asset and product strategy for the product line and drive production footprint together with ISC and Technology, as well as to set CAPEX priorities and build business cases for capacity investments. You will represent the business in CAPEX projects and partner with the supply chain to ensure reliable supply, optimized asset capacity utilization and appropriate inventory
Other responsibilities include:
Develop and implement global cost optimization strategies and tools for the product line including asset management and raw materials.
Set strategy for global key accounts and act as a sponsor
Drive customer satisfaction and own the customer complaints process
Develop and maintain a good understanding of market trends, competition and regulatory trends
Main point of contact for product safety and regulatory affairs (PSRA) and drive product stewardship and regulatory matters for the product line
Support Marketing with relevant and up to date product input
Qualifications

We also believe you are performance and result oriented individual with a high degree of self-motivation. You have an internal drive to deliver on cross-functional projects and strategic targets. Additional capabilities and qualifications we see crucial for this job include:
Technical or business degree at B.Sc or higher.
5+ years relevant experience, preferably in sales and marketing in the chemical or associated industries.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people and get results through others

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Global Marketing Director Renewable Fibers, and based in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg or relevant Nouryon production site.
