Product Manager - Service Offers
We are now looking for a business-oriented Product Manager to take responsibility of assigned Service Offers within the Offer team. You will work with managing and optimizing current offers, as well as developing and implementing new service solutions. All with the aim of course to support our vision to reshape mobility as we know it. Examples of areas that the service offer portfolio covers are aftersales, accessories and vehicle charging.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment, within a small but mighty team with a “the sky is the limit” attitude.

This role is based in Gothenburg or Amsterdam.

Your main tasks in this role is to

- Scope demand and review business potential to optimize existing service offers and to develop new offers having a great customer experience in mind
- Create and monitor business cases, value streams and business rules related to adjusted or new service offers
- Take lead or be part of core team of implementing service offers


When optimizing and developing service offers, it’s important that you can communicate an idea/concept and create business cases and business rules to support it. You need to have the ability to view an idea/ concept from different perspectives, and account of all possible parameters influencing final solution. You will drive partnerships and supplier dialogues from start to end, and in the implementation phase you act as a stakeholder to ensure that the outcome is as expected at the time the offer becomes operational.

What you should have

- Previous experience working in a Product Manager role (or equivalent), preferably in a service business context
- Proven experience of building business cases based on complex set of parameters
- Analytic, logic and structural mindset
- Ability to zoom in and out. Able to view a subject from a broad perspective with possibility to zoom in and solve details when needed
- Adaptive for adjustments of circumstances and/or work tasks
