Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation towards becoming a driven leader in sustainable transports, where electrification and digitalisation will be key.

We are now strengthening our team with a Product Manager, with the main responsibility to develop and enhance our global service offerings for electrified vehicles. The role

Your main responsibility as Product Manager will be to develop new services as well as enhance our current global service offerings for electrified vehicles. You will be an integral part in developing leading e-mobility services from idea to implementation, enabling our customers to take the leap to electrification.

In your role, you will be leading the product strategy and commercialisation of our Asset & Uptime services for electrified vehicles. You will be working cross-functionally with other functions to develop product properties, processes, and solutions that ease sales and delivery of our services. You will also work closely with our global service network to make sure that what we develop and offer is relevant and attractive to our customers. You will drive product launches, including go-to-market strategy, product presentations and communication materials. You will keep up to date on trends within the industry.

Within Sales and Marketing, we at Service Portfolio and Delivery are overall responsible for Scania’s global service offerings. We are at the forefront of the transformation and in the section Service Operations you will be at the heart of driving and supporting this change for our customers and in our global service network.

Are you what we are looking for?

You have previous experience as a Product Manager, where your customer centric approach has allowed you to successfully take services from concepts to realisation. You are an excellent communicator that thrive working in a collaborative environment and can motivate others. You have an agile mindset with an understanding of service development, digital transformation and possess a strong commercial mindset.

You have strong problem solving skills and are up for a challenge. You are self-motivated, have an open mindset and value team spirit. You enjoy a large degree of flexibility both in terms of skillset and being prepared to handle fast changing situations. You have a relevant academic degree (e.g. engineering/business) and are fluent in English. The position requires traveling.
