Your.Rentals is now looking for a Product Manager Software to take responsibility for a group of software products on our platform and deliver value from features from conception through their life cycle. You will be joining a growing international cross-functional Product team with members in our offices in Malmö and Hanoi.
What will I be doing?
As a Product Manager Software you will develop and manage customer centric product features that deliver value to our customers and our business (we see the PO role as a sub-set of the Product Manager role). Your mission will be to deliver value from release and improvement of software features and functionalities. Your workday will be spent mostly in planning, analysis and leading cross-functional product teams to deliver value.
Identify new opportunities based on our customer feedback, analysis and market research.
Develop business cases to forecast results from features and set KPIs to manage against.
Work closely with Business Analysts and UX-designers to create solid and detailed requirements.
Plan and prioritise development sprints based on business value and ROI.
Define data and reporting requirements and implement these in our business intelligence tools.
Gain traction and reach KPIs for product features by collaborating with our Sales, CSM and Marketing teams.
A/B test features after launch and collect opportunities for further improvements.
Track user and financial performance of product features against targets and KPIs.
Work closely with other Product Managers to create, groom and manage our product roadmap.
What you’ll definitely need
2+ years of software product manager / product owner experience in an Agile environment.
Experience in either a SaaS or e-commerce start-up/scale-up.
Strong commercial mindset, developing business cases with usage and financial forecasts.
Ability to analyze complex data and make well informed product decisions.
Experience validating and quantifying the impact of new features on our customers.
Proven leadership skills to bring together and drive project teams to reach goals.
Great English written and verbal communication skills including the creation and delivery of presentations to stakeholders.
EU citizenship, residence or Swedish work visa.
What we’d love you to have
Knowledge or prior experience in the travel industry.
Experience working with larger key accounts, supporting growth journeys.
Experience working with Agile software development teams.
Experience using Atlassian suite incl. Jira and Confluence.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as AWS Quicksight.
Knowledge of user testing tools such as Google Optimise, LaunchDarkly and Hotjar.
Experience with working directly with Sales, CSM and Marketing teams.
