About the Role
Icomera is looking for a Product Manager for software solutions. In this role you will be responsible to manage the product roadmap for assigned products, focusing on a portfolio of AI powered asset management tools for remote monitoring, alerting, and configuration. You will lead products through all phases of the products lifecycle, including discovery, launch, growth, maturity and phase-out.As Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding user and client needs, translate these into product requirements, define product roadmaps and product packaging, and collaborate with R&D to ensure new products and features are launched successfully. You will oversee that the portfolio of products continues to perform both commercially and technically over the complete product lifecycle, and you ensure the organization is aligned around the product strategy, roadmaps and release plans by frequently communicating with stakeholders in different forums.
In this role you report to Head of Product Management, Johan Ekstedt. The position is based in our Gothenburg office at Odinsgatan 28 in central Gothenburg, a few minutes’ walk from the central station. At Icomera, we apply a hybrid work environment with the majority of working hours at the office.
Who You Are
University degree in engineering, business administration and/or multiple years of equivalent experience in the field of product management or product design.
You have a great technical understanding of IT and can easily understand the context and actively contribute to dialogues around various technical solutions.
Good knowledge of relevant product development processes and frameworks.
Excellent in formulating documentation and other communication materials for different purposes and thereby following any document handling principles applicable.
Ability to follow existing company processes and policies, as well as developing these depending on new company needs that are being identified.
High willingness to learn new things.
Fluent in English.
To thrive in this role, you have excellent communication and presentations skills. You love working with people and you enjoy working in a constantly evolving international company.
