The Swedish team is specifically focused on breaking down barriers to allow customers from Sweden to have a great retail shopping experience with Amazon. The team is hiring for a Senior Product Manager for Selection to help with efforts in improving customer experience.
In that light, Amazon wants to please customers from Sweden and wants to -
(i) Increase selection and availability,
(ii) Offer customers the best prices possible, and
(iii) Provide faster and more convenient shipping to customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Management candidate with a healthy obsession for Amazon’s rapidly evolving international expansion business. We are looking for this candidate to join our team and help us deliver relevant, large and high quality selection that customers will love and trust.
You will be accountable for planning and executing our Selection roadmap to ensure that we our pleasing our Swedish customer. You will additionally be accountable for launching and maintaining parity on selection with other stores as well as will be managing multiple other selection work streams. You will have a passion for inventing, process focus, proven ability to work effectively with tech teams and ability to work with cross border and cross function teams to internalize our long-term vision and design a path of continuous improvement and growth.

Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of professional experience with evidence of managing complex projects
Background in either Retail, Tech or Management Consulting
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Experience with complex quantitative analysis
Familiarity with database analysis and/or SQL
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Technical aptitude and agility to leverage web-based tools
Preferred qualifications:
MBA
Experience of working in e-commerce
