Aira's mission is to advance the next generation of home energy solutions, creating intelligent, sustainable homes for a meaningful impact. Starting with innovative heat pumps, it will evolve into a comprehensive, intelligent clean energy-tech system and include dynamic electrical tariffs, cutting-edge home solar systems, and advanced battery storage solutions.

Founded in 2022 with already 300 employees and growing, Aira aims to drive the clean energy revolution. We are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and our factory in Poland brings these innovations to life, with operating markets in the UK, Italy, and Germany.



About the role 

As a Product Manager, you will take charge of product development for our end-to-end online customer journey, meaning our website, from awareness to purchase. Being part of a cross-functional team, you will shape the right features and priorities as well as create our product strategy, and roadmap, considering the entire journey from prospects to buyers. Together with a highly skilled team, you will identify growth opportunities to engage and inform customers about our solutions.

You will actively contribute to discussions on enhancing the customer journey for various regions, demographics, and user profiles. Your role includes setting development priorities, and deciding what, where, and how to build. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate the team to deliver the best features in line with our product strategy and roadmap, all while adeptly managing stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with our overarching goals and objectives.

Within the Conversion Team, our purpose is to generate leads via the website and elevate Aira's online brand presence. Ultimately, we envision providing a seamless online shopping experience, enabling customers to make direct purchases from our website.

What we would like you to have:

- Proven track record in successfully launching software B2C products across various markets within fast-growing scaleups, while strategically building Aira’s brand awareness.

- Expertise in crafting conversion-centric product strategies, aligning vision, goals, and roadmap for optimal results, and heightened brand recognition.

- Proficiency in overseeing end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

- Experience prioritizing features based on feedback, market analysis, and business objectives to maximize product value and bolster brand visibility.

- Specialization in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and website optimization, employing strong analytics skills and A/B testing for lead generation and increased traffic.
