Product Manager - Technical Service

You will be a part of Technical Service Product Management whose main role it is to define and drive the execution of the strategic product-marketing plan, ensuring that products meet the need of the market.

You will have vast set of global stakeholders and will be responsible for the entrepreneurial management of Technical Service products aiming to create long-term customer satisfaction, strong competitive advantage, sustainable product profitability and a sound business-enabler environment.

In achieving this, your key areas to cover will be:

Listening to the voice of the customer and understanding customer value of service products
Define, prepare, communicate and drive the execution of product marketing plans
Define and prioritise product development and improvement opportunities
Optimisation of customer equipment performance and operational cost
Secure product financial performance through product lifecycle management, Identify key cost and revenue drivers,
Monitor key performance measures and respond to variances.

Qualifications

You are driven, energetic and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions.You are a potent listener and can convey a message and create understanding from audiences on all levels.You are analytical, have an excellent business understanding and like to have fun while achieving.

You have worked more than five year with product management or business development.You have solid commercial awareness, are used to significant interaction with customers and understand their environment.You excel at both written and spoken English.
