Product Manager till Quintus, Customer Service and Support i Västerås

As Customer Service and Support (CSS) Product Manager, you become part of a world-leading company that delivers advanced high-pressure systems to companies around the world. The CSS products are aftermarket solutions for three product lines, Advanced Material Densification, Sheet Metal Forming, and High Pressure Processing.
In the role as CSS Product Manager, you are responsible for
Adherence to policies, procedures and established best practices.
Responsible for the portfolio of aftermarket products for AMD, SMF, and HPP presses.
Contribute to the development of cost models, offer/contract documentation, standard scope and options to maintain consistency across product lines and regions.
Ensure availability and quality of Technical Documentation.
Own product content, configurations, and change control/management.
Gather market and internal feedback on current and proposed offerings & project execution.
In conjunction with other groups including Key Account Managers & System Product Managers, develop the methodologies by which we gather product life cycle data and feed it back into the organization.
Responsible to train Sales, CSS Operations, Field Service, and the organization generally in their duties with respect to current and potential CSS product offerings.
Garner adequate level of technical understanding and competency of the equipment, as well as customer applications to facilitate the mutual benefits of after-market support.

You report to the manager for CSS Operations. Traveling to customers will be required occasionally. Your home location will be the headquarters in Västerås, Sweden.
Your profil
You have a relevant degree in engineering, supply chain, or other technical field. You have 5+ years of technical experience in an industrial setting, with emphasis on product management, change management, or related field. You have solid experience in interactions with customers. It is an advantage if you have worked with process development in a technology-driven organization. You are skilled in MS Office and fluent in English, both written and oral.
On a personal level, you are a flexible and result-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a technical interest. You have a positive mindset and create results through teamwork and collaboration.
