Are you a driven Product Manager who will manage the Swedish Corporate Card-portfolio in order to future-proof the product offer and services?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Drive and develop the Swedish corporate card-portfolio in close collaboration with stakeholders and 3rd party partner in order to fulfil the needs of our corporate segments
- To independently drive initiatives related to IT, business or compliance.
- Drive and contribute to corporate and product vision, strategies and Business plans. Develop, manage and execute product line strategy in close collaboration with Corporate segments
- With firm hand manage product related risks, develop guidelines for country product support units.
- Ensure portfolio is compliant in all aspects, by drive such initiatives with relevant stakeholders in Swedbank and with partners.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the corporate card portfolios. Develop and manage full lifecycle of products and follow up/reporting of result and progress
- Lead and take corporate product view in development processes, as a part of SAFe
- Unify and harmonize business line products, gather and harmonize product related business intelligence, maximize product line profitability to ensure efficient end-to-end process


What is needed in this role:
- Ability ensure strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- You are a driven well-organized person able to identify user needs, have a customer perspective in understanding business values and work with a cross-functional development team with internal and many times complex external stakeholders.
- Ability to excel while navigating in Swedbank’s governance processes (risk, compliance etc)

- Insights from work with Scrum, SAFe or any other Agile framework.

- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
- You have knowledge and experience from the card industry or similar field.

- You have very good communication skills in English.
- Experience of project management and requirement setting is a merit
- As a person, you are very structured but can handle ad hoc initiatives and changed conditions and short deadlines
- Working with the bank’s corporate clients is a merit
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
- Good at delivering well in advance and with high quality
