Product Manager to Ejendals - Cut and Sew

About the positionWithin Product Management & Marketing and the department Product Line Management for Gloves, we are looking for a Product Manager for the product category Cut & Sewn gloves. In this role you will be responsible for strategic product planning, product development, business intelligence and optimization of the product assortment. You will initiate, anchor and lead development projects within our organization and will work with supporting our sales teams around the world in collaboration.
 
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for our development of Cut & Sewn gloves in collaboration with a colleague.
You will successfully drive new development projects to secure that we are developing competitive products meeting our customers need. To enable this, you will work closely with our suppliers, sourcing, marketing and sales teams and ensure we capture their engagement with our products. 
 
You will also be:

• Responsible to monitor the product life cycle and work with sales maximization activities as well as phase in/out analyzes. Planning and follow-up will be important part in this role.
• Evaluate new business opportunities together with the PLG team and ensures that product launches are well planned, implemented and followed up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support sales with product trainings, RFQ's and customer meetings up on request
• Perform Product administration in SAP and other systems
• You will be a part of our Product Management and Marketing team and report to our Product Line Director for Gloves which is based in Leksand, Sweden.

 
Your profile
You have a relevant University degree or long experince from a similar field. We value knowledge from textile industries for this role. You have experience from related areas within product management, new product development and work safety. It is an advantage if you are familiar to run development projects based on gateway models. Moreover, product administrative experience including pricing, preferably in the SAP enviroment is needed in this position. We expect a high level of experience from working with Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
 
As a Product Manager you will take responsibility for your actions to secure that you achive your targets. Gathering out customers needs is part of this role and to achive this you need to travel and meet our customers frequently in selected markets. You are a good team player and wants to share your experince and knowledge with your group and colleagues. You have a good analytical ability, structured way of working and are used to communicate and presentate in English and preferable in Swedish or other languages.
