Mycronic is a Swedish high-tech company and has been a trusted partner to electronics and display manufacturers worldwide for over 40 years. They are headquartered in Stockholm, Täby and with subsidiaries, agents and distributors in more than 50 countries. From the very beginning, when Mycronic introduced the world’s first laser-based mask writer, their innovations have been driven by a single source: their customers. Currently, there is no other company in the entire world that can compete with Mycronic's technology. All high-resolution screens you see, whether it's a TV, phone, tablet, Apple Watch, etc., they are made with Mycronic’s machines. Mycronic is divided into four divisions where you will belong to the Pattern Generator Division (PG) consisting of around 90 employees, of which your team consists of two other product managers. In addition to your team, you will also have close contact with R&D and you will also be part of the management group for Development and Product strategy within PG and report to Mikael Wahlsten, Head of Product Strategy & Development.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a product manager, you will work broadly with both technical and commercial product management, with strategic and operational tasks. The role involves, for example, driving the development of the product's functionality to performance, how it should be priced and how it can create even more benefits for Mycronic's customers. All PG customers are outside Sweden with the majority of them in Asia and USA, therefore you will work in an international context across country and functions with around 30 travel days per year. * Be responsible for product roadmaps and business plans for your products
* Define new product initiatives based on client and market requirements
* Be responsible for, and manage the product life cycle for existing and new products within your area of responsibility
* Conduct market analysis
* Act as technical support for sales during, for example, demos and company presentations
* Support R&D and other departments regarding priorities and future development needs
* Compile and present new development initiatives at product management forums


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* A BSc or MSc in for example, electronics, computer science, industrial economics or similar


* Some years of work experience in product management, with products containing both hardware and software
* Strong skills in English
