The Job

We are looking for a product manager with strong leadership and strategic thinking in mobile consumer business, a passion for innovation and user experience and a sense for the details that will make a product successful. You will be essential for Rebtel´s ability to reach our goal in a fast paced, competitive environment. Will you accept the challenge?
Main duties:
Define the product vision and roadmap for new features and improvements
Work with UX and UI designers to define a truly compelling product that meets user needs
Be a driving force in focusing the resources necessary to ship high-impact products and features
Build in strong virality and retention creating features to grow user base
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Plan and execute product releases with marketing and dev team
Inspire the team to create awesomeness
Make sure we continuously review and improve the product

Your Profile

Passionate about the mobile app eco system and a feeling for what makes a successful product
Experience from a leading position in a software development organization
Experience from product ownership
Strong understanding of social media and digital business models
Ability to successfully drive and complete projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
