Our client is a Stockholm based start-up, soon to be a scale-up. They offer a B2B SaaS-solution within sales and organization effectiveness, and have customers and users across the globe. Existing customers are mainly international stock listed companies with large sales organisations, typically within retail, telecoms and banking.
The company work agile, digitized, and distributed and are moving fast, with customers and prospects around the globe. Our client love data, digital transformation, mobile applications, software, sales, and growing customer accounts. They are still a start-up, but the possibilities are endless. If you are a self-driven team player and want to be part of an exciting journey, you should be one of them and join as their new Product Manager. The road map ahead is very ambitious, and they would like to among other things explore opportunities within ML/AI and enhance its gamification capabilities.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will report to CEO and is primarily responsible for product ownership, road mapping, product vision and product requirements. You will also actively establish and maintain processes and initiatives making sure that product development is being carried out effectively and efficiently.
As team scales Product Manager should be ready to take on Head of Product responsibility.
MAIN TASKS
• Establishing, maintaining and communicating product vision
• Establishing, maintaining and communicating:
o Product- and team backlogs, and roadmaps
• Prioritization of product development initiatives and daily tasks
• Define, write and communicate requirements on products, integration and features
• Develop and drive the product development way of working in partnership with Tech and
Customer Success
• Lead tech team and manage initiatives to create and ship compelling products to new and
existing users
• Evaluate opportunities and features from a user-, technology- and business perspective
• Incorporate data analysis into the decision-making process and provide regular updates to the
executive team
• Ensure and follow up customer and end user satisfaction
• Build alignment between Product, Sales, Marketing, & Tech
• Manage relationship with outsourced Tech-teams and companies
• Manage quality and release management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Mid/Senior Product Owner/Manager
• B2B experience, preferably on an international scene
• Interested and skilled in design, UX and mobile application development
• Extensive know how in data, data analytics and visualization
• 5-10 years of experience of software development and agile methodologies
• Vast experience of SaaS and cloud from a start-up or scale-up company or similar
• Background in Sales tools, CRM, Sales Support System, and/or Sales Performance
Management
• Preferably experience of Android/iOS, Flutter, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Jira, Github
• Experience of operations and release management
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Swedish, and/or Portuguese is appreciated
• Flexible working hours as team members and customers may be operating in different
timezone
• Primary location is Stockholm and candidates must have a working permit In Sweden
