We are looking for a curious person with a forward leaning attitude to join our Product Mobile team for the consumer market. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.  

What you’ll do 

As the Product Manager for VAS (Value Added Services) for the consumer market you own, plan, and drive the development of existing products, innovate, and find new product opportunities.

We are on a mission to deepen customer relationships and Value Added Services is a key driver to grow our revenues and getting more premium product experiences into our portfolio.

We believe that effortless and efficient digital customer journeys are at core when delivering our services. Having an agile mindset to deal with changes and optimizations will help you deliver services that will increase the revenue and decrease the churn of our customer base.

We work in an international context with colleagues from all nationalities both within Telenor Sweden and Telenor Group. You will work in a team that is responsible for all mobile consumer products and with many senior and experienced product managers. The team has an open and honest mentality where we always help each other out and assist our colleagues with our own experiences and knowledge.

Main responsibilities:
* Roadmap ownership of our value-added services – developing, aligning, maintaining, and decommissioning
* Being the initiator of the go-to-market-execution process for your products
* Close collaboration with business managers, business controllers, product owners as well as the IT development for your products
* Develop a solid understanding of all our products to build new use cases and drive a higher value from the totality of our offerings

Who are you 

As a person you are engaged and driven with a strong willingness to learn. You love to think outside the box and tend to find opportunities in challenges wherever you end up. With a forward leaning attitude, you are willing to go the extra mile in order to give your customers the best experience there is. You have good communication skills with a strong ability to cooperate, as well as being flexible and adaptable, which is a key factor in succeeding in our customer-focused world. You also have a strong analytical capability with a helicopter perspective as well as being gifted with the ability to see details.

We are looking for someone with:
* Experience from product management on a professional level
* Understanding of the telecom ecosystem
* Proven negotiation skills
* At least a few years in a leading position
