What’s in it for you?

A prerequisite for this transformation to succeed is to deeply change the way we think about and manage our price data: to digitize price setting and creation practices for online sales; to enable price distribution online meeting the demands of e-commerce; to ensure price data accuracy and integrity in our financial systems. 
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and the execution of a world-class direct-to-consumer finance! This is a product management role with the problem space of Vendor Invoicing where you will work close to other Product Managers.  You will support that group in building a cohesive product strategy, define a product roadmap, and give guidance and strategic direction to the product teams. Ultimately, you will deliver excellence from your product team. 

What you’ll do 
As Product Manager at Commercial finance, with the support of surrounding team expertise, you ensure that we accelerate our commercial transformation. You will build and communicate a strong product mission and vision for the Vendor invoicing product. You will synthesize a roadmap on how our customers prefer to utilize our products and enable our ambitious volume growth. 

Moreover, you will coach and strengthen an existing product team, emphasizing a culture of team health, psychological safety and high sustainable performance. You will need to balance priorities in a high paced environment and give guidance to your product team on what value to focus on.  Lastly, you will be influencing stakeholders, synchronising delivery, and measuring outcomes for your product. 

Do you fit the profile? 
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include demonstratable experience of product management, record of gathering customer insights and turn it into valuable product outcome. You have documented experience in SAP ERP solutions within Logistics, Finance as well as experience in Vendor Invoice Management. Moreover, you have a good understanding of P2P processes in the manufacturing sector.   

You can show a strong track record of facilitating communication and collaboration between products where dependencies exist. You combine data, experience, and instinct to make clear and communicated decisions, and you’re not afraid of expressing your opinion. You love to enable teams to perform in a rapidly changing landscape and you know how to nurture a culture of high performance. You can prove that you value mindset over methodology. You believe that failing fast is a competency to master, not a mistake to hide. 
We are a global company and you need to be proficient in English, verbally and written, as well as having an interest and ability to travel. 
Location 
Location is in Gothenburg and Stockholm, Sweden.
