Aurobay is looking for a Product Manager Web & Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity in a new business, where you will work as a leader for the organization in Digital. This is the start of our journey from being part of an OEM to becoming a Tier 1 Supplier, creating world-class powertrain solutions. Manufacturers today are re-designing their sales and customer process by removing the complexity from their buying experience. At Aurobay we need to go to market in new ways with exciting offers that truly solve the problems of our customers. To accomplish this, we need to support the complete marketing and sales process as well the entire customer journey and relationships with digital products.
We are now looking for a Product Manager Web & Marketing. You will be part of exploring, building and supporting the digital capabilities to take the Aurobay commercial landscape to the next level. Understanding and contributing to the creation and execution of the customer journey for B2B and (possibly B2C) sales and deliver in an agile fashion based on masterplans, capability roadmaps and architecture blueprints. We rapidly need to understand and leverage on the key foundations to find, attract, and manage new and current customers in a stellar fashion. This is an opportunity to be part of building this from day 1.
You will actively contribute and role model a culture of transparency, fun, passion, ownership, and willingness for success. The team is mainly located in Gothenburg (HQ) and Skövde (Plant), Sweden, and we are also connected to teams in China.
What will you do?
You will be part of initiating and establishing a whole new digital landscape supporting our external web experience and marketing activities. As such you are responsible for the vision/north star and deliveries regarding all related digital capabilities, including areas such as external website, marketing enablers, forms and lead capturing.
- Identify needed digital capabilities to support the Web & Marketing domain and initiate and establish the product landscape to support these capabilities.
- Lead the development of the software products in the Web & Marketing domain by defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps
- Data and analytics - Monitor market insights, quantitative and qualitative data to help identify customer and user needs. Analyzing these insights, validating possible solutions and turning them into development activities and product roadmaps
- Help Aurobay transform our company vision, strategy, goals and ideas into tangible development activities to maximize business value.
- Protect the long-term technical integrity of the area in close collaboration with the engineering and architectural function.
- Establish and monitor key product success metrics and analytics for your area.
- Communicate vision and roadmap cross-functionally and be the spokesperson for your product area.
- Leverage agile methodology in your ways of working and ensure rapid iterations and experiments
- Guide continuous improvements efforts for the included capabilities advancing maturity, looking forward to technology trends and capabilities that will enhance business outcomes.
- Enabling commercial perspectives of a variety of business models
- Coordinate content dependencies with other key areas like PLM, ERP and Sales
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for someone who has experience from leading and driving product strategy for consumer digital products as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years, preferably within web. You have a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong collaboration skills and a sense of ownership and drive with a can-do-attitude.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred; education concentrated in business or technology fields is preferred.
- Experience from leading and driving product strategy for consumer digital products as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years, preferably within web
- Expertise in and experience with B2B consumer-facing mobile web and/or apps is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of publishing, marketing, advertising, DAM & CMS
- Strong understanding and practical experience of agile development methodologies in digital product teams.
- Experience with using various tools for managing and visualizing the progress and value of product teams.
- Experience in transformation and product organization establishment
- You have a passion for the existing and potential customer and aim to create user experiences that are best-in-class, using a data-driven approach.
- You solve problems going from the customer to how the technology works and have an ability to quickly translate customer opportunity or need into product and technology activities.
- You value designing user-centric experiences with deep empathy for the customer, specific to true consumer needs based on consumer insights and data.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by commercial success. You take ownership of your product domain, the well-being of the team, and continuous improvement of your products.
