Job Description
At H&M Kids we are creating & re-building a new premium concept that we aim to grow and develop over time. Do you want to take the next step in your journey and be a big part of creating our H&M Kids new premium concept range and also take on staff responsibility? Are you a strong leader and team player with a positive attitude? Then this role could be for you!

As a Product manager you will be responsible to set the long- and short-term strategy forward in the team, ensuring a strong collaboration to develop the best assortment for this new concept.
To be successful, you should be a strong and independent leader who will work in close collaboration with your team including Product Developer, Designer, Print Designer, Planner, Pattern Maker and Business Controller.
You will lead them through change and towards your common goals. have a big passion for developing products for the kid’s customer and want to take on an exciting and important leader role with great responsibility. As a Product Manager in this position, it is essential to have the ability to navigate the highs and lows to achieve what is needed with an entrepreneurial mindset.
In addition, you will
Drive the design and product development in line with the concept description
Lead and develop the total team
Be the face of the section towards different stakeholders
Be a strong assortment builder
Have a keen eye for & knowledge of premium materials and qualities
Have proven project leading abilit

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Degree within textile, buying, business or similar
Minimum 5 years’ experience of product development and assortment building, as Product Manager/Product Developer/Buyer
Proven history of creating strong commercial and profitable products and assortment
Strong team player and leader with excellent communication skills
Have a strong salesmanship and commercial thinking
Have a great analytic skill and the courage to make decisions
Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions
Are result oriented and used to work in a fast pace
A prestige less doer
