We are now strengthening our team with a Product Manager, with the main responsibility to develop and enhance our global service offerings for electrified vehicles. Within Sales and Marketing, we at Service Portfolio and Delivery are overall responsible for Scania’s global service offerings. We are at the forefront of the transformation and in the section Service Operations you will be at the heart of driving and supporting this change for our customers and in our global service network.

Your role
Your main responsibility as Product Manager will be to commercially manage services to make sure they are in peak condition throughout their life cycle. These services form a foundation for the customer's experience of Scania over time and have a big impact on our customer's total operating economy. You will be an integral part in shaping leading e-mobility services from idea to implementation, enabling our customers to take the leap to electrification. In your role, you will be leading the product strategy and commercialisation of our Asset & Uptime Services for electrified vehicles, working closely together with other functions cross-functionally to develop product properties, processes, and solutions that ease sales and delivery of our services. You will be up to date on trends within the industry and will work closely with our global service network to make sure the services we develop and offer are relevant and attractive to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
• Defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our service(s), by truly understanding the changing needs of our customers
• Prioritizing development efforts, functional requirements and support the development teams in their implementation
• Shaping the commercial model for the service(s)
• Driving product launches, including go-to-market strategy, product presentations and communication materials

We are offering a flexible work environment with the possibility to work at least part-time from home. You will also have the possibility to work from Scania’s newly opened hub downtown Stockholm.
Are you what we are looking for?
You have previous experience as a Product Manager, where your customer centric approach has allowed you to successfully take services from concepts to realization. You are an excellent communicator that thrives working in a collaborative environment and can motivate others. You have an agile mindset with an understanding of service development, digital transformation and possess a strong commercial mindset.
You have strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. You are self-motivated, have an open mindset and value team spirit. You enjoy a large degree of flexibility both in terms of skillset and being prepared to handle fast changing situations. You have a relevant academic degree (e.g. engineering/business) and are fluent in English. The position requires traveling.
