Job description

You will lead strategic projects and initiatives for BU Distribution Sweden, represent

Procurement in CAPEX acceleration Project, run selected pilot projects, support further development of category strategies (such as substations, lines etc.), identifying cost levers and driving change jointly with BU Distribution, further develop partnering approach, contribute with external market know how to professional growth of FPDS team.

Qualification

Our best candidate has a relevant University degree or equal, with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a similar position. Highly experienced in leading change in a large international

organization, preferably experienced as Procurement manager in comparable industry or as project

manager in Procurement management consulting. Solid understanding of Electricity Distribution

business, strategic sourcing and supplier management is a must. Legal knowledge of Public Procurement (in Sweden LUF) is a big advantage. Your command of Swedish and English is strong,

both verbally and written.

As a person you are a strong negotiator with superior interpersonal skills, wide commercial interest and strong credibility built through both business insight and leadership.

We are looking for a person that have the ability to simplify complexity and to identify "the 20% of the scope that drives 80% of the results". You are a team player who actively engages people by asking, sharing, helping or asking for help and you are pro-active, transparent, performance and results oriented. Sound Communication skills and analytical skills is a must.
