In the role of Product Manager Wood, you need to be market driven. You will have the opportunity to influence and impel forward Tarkett’s fast growing wood flooring business into the future.
As product manager, you will have a key role in building and maintaining large networks, both internal and external. You will be monitoring and analyzing consumer designs and product development, and compiling this knowledge to help you prepare and present new offers; offers that you will help launch through Tarkett’s sales organization and producing units. With your focus on marketing, together with your technical background and knowledge, you will help drive forward dynamic processes, in the purpose of increasing sales.
Based in your strong product knowledge, you will be responsible for presentations, information and educational initiatives via, for example, sales networks and clients and customers. This also includes being responsible for action plans surrounding products, to serve as support for the sales organization.

You have completed a higher education, relevant to the position. In addition to this, you have several years’ experience from working within the wood-, furniture- and/or building industry. Alternatively, through a long working experience, and in-service training and/or –education, you have accumulated enough knowledge to be able to be a driving force in the described position.

Requirements
•You have the qualifications to, alongside your sales network(s) and costumers, conduct commercial analysis.
•You possess the ability to independently create technical and professional action plans and marketing materials.
•You come from a background where you have acquired a strong enough knowledge in wood technology to able to function as a support in matters regarding installation, planning, etc.
•You have experience in project management, to the extent that you are comfortable leading projects where networking is central to its outcome(s).
•In projects, you like being the one who has the mandate to lead it all the way to successful sales numbers, and who has the responsibility to follow up and see that it does, and if not, follow up with the necessary actions.
•You have the ability to prepare and lead seminars and other educational initiatives, for both foreign and domestic audiences.
•You possess a strong analytical and strategic mind, and the ability to think in the abstract.
•You have strong knowledge and skills in regards to working with Windows Office. You also have experience from working with business systems.
•You are fully professionally proficient in Swedish and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in other languages is considered meritable.
