Supply Chain Operations Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations manufactures packaging material, packaging systems and distribution solutions for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions.The Capital Equipment Supply Chain division (CE SCO) is responsible for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and Distribution Equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site.The department Supplier Management is looking for two persons who will work with valves/pumps or drive systems.You will be part of our Component Standardization team, which has the total ownership of the standardized component assortment within Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions.The positions will offer you a great challenge in organizing and structuring an essential part of Supply Chain Operations.Your main responsibilities will be to: .Collect and build knowledge and experience about internal needs as well as knowledge about the products available on the market.. Together with designers and commercial colleagues improve the component assortment and drive the evaluation of new assortments, based on aligned requirements.. Market the component assortment internally at Tetra Pak.. Influence component manufacturers' product development.To be a successful candidate you should have an education within the Mechanical area and/or equivalent experience.Field expertise is beneficial for the position.A very good command of English, both written and verbal is required.Experience from previous work within production or mechanical design with pumps, valves or drive systems is meriting.The person we are looking for is pro-active, decisive and goal-orientated with a high motivation to impel his or her working tasks forward.Since an important part of the position is to build long-term relationships within the organisation and with suppliers is it important that you have very good communication and interpersonal skills.Please submit your application online at www.tetrapak.com/working no later than 21th May 2007.
