Product Marketing Manager

The position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Cambio you will belong to our newly established Product Division and report to the CPO. The Product Division has an articulated focus on Customer Value and you will in close collaboration within the team of Product Managers and Customer Experience Managers contribute to drive that approach in your daily work. You are responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of certain products and services to customers. You will also partner with teams across the organization, specifically Commercial and Market and Communications, to establish positioning and messaging, build product launch strategies, develop sales enablement content, and drive customer engagement.

The responsibility includes:

- Conduct market, competitor and customer research to gather insights
- Align Go-to-market strategies and contribute with valuable content throughout the marketing and sales funnel
- Plan and execute product launches
- Product messaging; by the right wording explain how the products and services will solve customer needs and bring value to the customer.
- Marketing collateral - Define, develop and oversee creation of a wide array of collateral and assets for use on a variety of digital and traditional channels (product brochures, sales pitch presentations, whitepapers, videos, product web pages and others).

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are used to work with several parallel initiatives and can switch context swiftly. You ensure an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration, all in the interest of driving the offering forward. It is easy for you to build relationships to gain an understanding of the business context and how to deliver effective marketing strategies and tactics. Further more, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell ideas well through creative and innovative presentations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education experience 
- 5+ years’ experience within Product Marketing or in other similar roles within IT/software industry
- B2B Marketing experience
- Process and project management skills, can plan and keep both long-term and short-term deliverables going
- Research and analysis skills
- Proven track record of executing successful product launches locally
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken


It's a bonus if you have

- Experience from working with Products as a Service (PaaS) and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) company is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of strong business thinking in the area of product marketing


Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
