In this role, you will define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies for PLC Products on the local Swedish market, meeting business targets and aligning with global product strategy.
You will oversee all sales and marketing activities and events to drive sales and increase market share.
This position reports to Product Marketing Director.
Your responsibilities
Developing and executing the annual marketing plan with sales leaders, focusing on business development
Coordinating market studies with the Product Marketing and Sales team, defining appropriate forecasts and business/marketing plans
Regular reviews of marketing activities and implementation of improvement plans to achieve business targets
Evaluating and disseminating customer research, market conditions and studies of competitors
Delivering product information, providing training (technical and sales) for the sales team, and driving sales efficiency
Improving product offering through collaboration with Global Product Management and acting as the voice of the customer
Working with management and HR to ensure that our product group PLC Products is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
Your background
Technical university degree
Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy
Background in electrical engineering is a plus
Driving license
Fluency in Swedish and English is required, knowledge of German is a merit
In addition to your technical knowledge your personality and drive to develop are important
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills. Positive mindset and good relationship-building skills
