Product Marketing Manager

What we need your help with
In the growth phase we are in, we see a strong need of working more on our product positioning, shaping the messaging, and clarify our value proposition. The value of this position will be can be divided into 3 areas:

Championing the customers

This is about identifying target customers. You will probably do this through customer research, create competitive overviews and train our product and sales teams in who the customers actually are.

Communicating Product Value

This means ensuring the product value is clear to the customers to be able to engage, convert and retain them. It could also include developing and internally coordinating launch plans. You will also focus on creating and distributing sales enablement content such as videos and website content.

Driving Product Distribution

You make sure our products reach their intended customers through investigation, prioritization, analysis, and testing of distribution channels.

An ordinary day as Product Marketing Manager at Telavox will probably include this:
- Create content for messaging and sharpen the value argumentation
- Develop marketing tools and campaigns
- Investigate and research the market (customers, competitors, channels, and partners)
- Drive product launches together with the product organization
- Collaborate cross functional regarding product launches, insight, and improvements to ensure we build products to drive customer success. Your stakeholders will be people from all over Telavox: Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales.

About you
To rock this role, we believe you have experience in Product Marketing with the ability to identify, solve and communicate improvements to key stakeholders. We need someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and especially dealing with product positioning, pricing and packaging. Our dream candidate got experience in the creation and execution of detailed go-to product market plans.

You have also worked with program management where you have experience in driving cross-functional programs and projects, process mapping, and the toolbox to drive organizational improvements.

If we can ask for some more things, it’s important to have experience in SaaS, ideally within telecom, communication, or collaboration solution businesses.

We look for a creative and communicative individual with the ability to influence without authority. We hope to find a Product Marketing Manager person that is pragmatic and with the urge to drive continuous improvements.

We believe the right candidate for this position has an MSc. in Business, Engineering, Management, or Marketing.

This is a global position, located in Stockholm that will be reporting to Head of Product Marketing. The position will require some traveling from time to time, mostly to our head office in Malmö.
