The Product Marketing Manager at Telavox plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our products. This role is cross-functional, customer-centric, and pivotal in ensuring our products are enjoyed by customers and partners. Your strategic insights and creative initiatives will directly impact our market positioning and revenue growth.
Your three main missions as a Product Marketing Manager will be to:
Creating, developing, and executing go-to-market strategies
This involves identifying target customer segments, defining product positioning and messaging, and determining the most suitable distribution channels. This will be done in close collaboration together with cross-functional teams (including product management, sales, and marketing) to ensure a cohesive and impactful launch that resonates with the target audience.
Creating Compelling Content
You will play a key role in crafting compelling marketing content that communicates the value and benefits of the product to customers. This includes creating product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, and sales presentations. The goal is to develop content that engages, educates, and influences potential customers at different stages of the buyer's journey. You will also utilize Storytelling Techniques to Communicate Value Across the B2B Customer Life Cycle
Enabling Sales Teams
You will work closely with sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to sell the product effectively. This includes developing sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, training programs, tools, and competitive analysis. By equipping sales teams with the right information and messaging, Product Marketing Managers empower them to effectively communicate the product's value proposition and address customer needs.
While these are three main responsibilities, Product Marketing Managers often engage in a wide range of tasks at Telavox, from market research, running strategic projects, and customer insights gathering to competitive analysis and continuous improvement of marketing strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of the product, the market, and customer preferences to drive successful product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
About you ⭐️
To succeed and have lots of fun in this role, we believe that you have at least a couple of years of experience in Product Marketing, including the ability to identify, solve, and communicate improvements to key stakeholders. You also need experience working in the field of marketing, dealing specifically with product positioning, pricing, and packaging. A suitable candidate will also have vast experience in the creation and execution of highly detailed go-to product market plans.
Furthermore, you are experienced in Program Management where you in a structured way know how to drive cross-functional programs and projects and have a good understanding of process mapping and improvement toolbox to drive organizational improvements.
We believe that you have experience within SaaS, ideally within the telecom or any nearby industry (e.g. communication or collaboration solution business.) Since you will create and communicate in English, you need to have native or excellent skills.
