Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead product marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to drive market penetration and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies to effectively position our automotive-tailored CX automation software towards OEMs, marketplaces and dealerships.


- Craft compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with overall brand and company objectives.


- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and feature releases, driving demand generation and sales enablement efforts.


- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing product roadmap decisions and marketing campaigns.


- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop sales enablement tools, including sales collateral, presentations, and competitive battle cards.


- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and strategic partners, to drive thought leadership and advocacy initiatives.


- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.


- Proven track record in product marketing within the B2B SaaS industry (experience in the automotive sector is considered as a bonus).


- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting compelling narratives.


- Full working proficiency in English (as it is our working language).


- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.


- Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.


- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
