Nørdlight is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be important in launching a new gaming experience that families worldwide will love!
As Product Marketing Manager for the Rubik's Game, you'll be responsible for setting a marketing strategy that maximizes its reach, conversion, and appeal to players worldwide but with a primary focus on North America and the UK.
You'll deliver high-impact campaigns and initiatives brimming with creativity and sparked by a passion for Rubik's puzzle brand, its players, and future fans. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in expanding the globally renowned Rubik's puzzle brand into mobile games.
As a Product Marketing Manager you will:
Work closely with the Product Owner and the Brand Marketing Manager to set a product marketing plan that’s anchored in the set business goals, brand strategy and product roadmap.
Deliver high impact campaigns and initiatives that are brimming with creativity and sparked by a passion for Rubiks, its future players and fans. Compile regular campaign performance reports and results, assessing against key objectives and KPIs. Analyze historical and current campaign data to optimize marketing campaign direction, strategy, and value.
Establish marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, anchored in a product vision and business strategy to reach set goals, and execute on established marketing plans, ensuring that the product marketing strategy gets fulfilled as well as delivers on the overarching brand strategy.
Be responsible for setting the product marketing budget and providing regular updates on this, and report on campaigns to internal stakeholders ensuring everyone is onboard with objectives and KPIs, fully briefed on campaign elements and understand roles, responsibilities and requirements to execute on the campaign plan and to meet deadlines.
Be an active member of the Marketing Leads team by participating in bi-weekly check-ins focusing on operations, resource planning, and building a healthy team culture.
You will most frequently interact with these roles in the following way:
Head of Nordlight Studio: Is your line manager and, together with Product Owner, will sign off on the product marketing strategy and activation plan.
Product Owner Rubik’s Game: You two will work hand in hand to ensure the marketing strategy and plan drive the product vision and deliver on set goals.
User Acquisition Manager: You will collaborate closely on UA plans for Soft launch, Global launch and frequently analyze UA campaign results to improve future financial and engagement results.
Marketing Leads: You will be part of the Marketing Leads group and ensure the marketing strategy and plan are understood and anchored with the other marketing functions to reach the best execution and outcome.
Creative Agency: You will collaborate and coordinate closely with our partners on creatives and app store optimization.
Skills & Requirements
You are experienced in working with digital marketing campaigns for games, and have a solid understanding of and interest in performance marketing through paid user acquisition.
You have experience working with Free-to-play mobile games.
You enjoy working with and driving KPIs around installs, engagement, retention and conversion.
You have experience managing marketing budgets and planning/strategy - and you are good at presenting it to Stakeholders.
You have experience working with creative agencies.
You have an interest in and a good understanding of current marketing trends.
You know how to manage all kinds of Stakeholders, understanding how to present and articulate an idea or proposal by tailoring it to different audiences. You will need to inspire and align others in this role.
Exceptional communication skills both in writing and verbally.
You love working in a team and can collaborate across functions.

Good to know
Nørdlight is part of the global company Spin Master and we are sitting in the same office as our sister studio Toca Boca and Noid in Luma/Stockholm. This position is full time and offers the possibility of working from home or from our office, however candidates must be able to live and work in Sweden. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
