We are now looking for the next star to join our Global Marketing & Operations team.
You will be overall accountable for the project management of all Brand & Marketing related activities for a product launch. You will also be accountable for being the main point of contact representing all of Brand & Marketing in any company wide car launch initiative.
This role will be part of the Brand & Marketing department and headed at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.
What You’ll Do
We are a flat organization with a Go-Get-Attitude, and we act as a strong team to get things done to enable the business to be successful. We work with speed and engagement in a collaborative manner.
You will collaborate with Product Managers to clearly articulate the features and benefits to the market. As a Product Marketing Manager you are the glue that bring together the Marketing, PR, Communications, Training and Product experts. That means that you are not the expert on the technical side, nor on the marketing side. You are the expert of keeping it all together.
Other tasks
• Subproject manager and representative for all of Brand & Marketing in any company wide car launch initiative requiring Brand & Marketing activities
• Setting the plan, budget and scope for the required activities within Brand & Marketing to fulfill the need of the car launch initiative
• Proactive coordinator and project manager of the car launch initiative from a Brand & Marketing perspective
Who You Are
To be successful in this role you need to be a skilled project leader who is qualitative, and detail oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture. You are comfortable in working with product launches and used to aligning stakeholders around a vision of a product. You are networking, strategic thinker and have a strong technical interest.
Need to have:
• University degree in relevant fields or equivalent expertise
• At least 5 years Marketing working experience
• Effective communications skills
• English communication skills verbally and in writing
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Broad competence within marketing
• Experience of a multimarket global organizations, managing multiple stakeholders in a decentralized setting
