About the role

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Product Master Data Specialist. In this role within our operational team, you will create, amend and manage our master data. As Product Master Data Specialist, you will be the owner and main administrator of masterdata for products and sellable items in the ERP system and review and respond to enquiries related to Master Data. You will work closely with our partner and be the point of contact related to product masterdata in our ordering tools and apps. You will report directly to the product engineering team manager.

Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, this position will be an important function in supporting the global growth.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities:

- Be the owner and main administrator of master data for products and sellable items in the order system

- Responsible for the administration of product item master data in the ERP system (Rootstock/Salesforce)

- Work close together with both external partners for order system and with Hästens IT/salesforce team located in Amsterdam

- Coordinate, drive and verify product master data changes in the order system together with external partners, both for existing and new products

- Lead and drive new development and improvements in the ERP system related to product and item management

- Take ownership, lead and coordinate price rules and updates every 6 months, as well as review and give input on product range information in price lists and catalouges


Skills and requirements

- University degree in system engineering or equivalent within relevant practice, as well as some years of industry experience: information systems/supply chain/customer service
- Strong merit if experience working with salesforce and knowledge of Rootstock, Excel and Master Data Management
- Project leader skills is a must
- Solution oriented
- Flexible
- Structured
- Self driven
- Holistic approach

- High proficiency in English

- Technical writing and end-user documentation

- Programming knowledge is considered a bonus

- Expected to work onsite at least 3 days per week
