ABOUT THE ROLE
The Product Operations Manager’s primary objective is to ensure a well-functioning Connectivity product portfolio, in close cooperation with IT-organization, Product Management, external Hardware vendors, logistic partners and commercial teams. To increase efficiency and reduce complexity in our operations. You will support the commercial teams and product managers in their planning and execution of roadmap initiatives. Maximize customer satisfaction and product NPS, through innovation, continuous optimization and process improvements throughout the customer journeys.
You will report to the Head of Product Operations who reports to the Director Digital & Consumer Products in the B2C Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities in the role include:
Responsible for the Broadband products and drive activities to enhance customer experience and simplification
Work with life-cycle management for broadband routers
Be part of introducing new versions and models of future hardware around the Broadband product
Analysis, development and improvement of processes and routines
Own the requirements and write the requests for all initiatives/new products launches driven by POM, aligned with key stakeholders.
Project management
Own products within the area of Tele2 consumer broadband and Boxer broadband

You are interested in truly understanding the customer needs and solving their biggest challenges – today and in the future.
We also believe that you have:
Experience in product and/or business development within the consumer segment
Proven track record of leading projects (initiatives) and work with coordination
Strong business acumen with a talent for driving requirements process
Ability to efficiently lead and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
Fluent in English and Swedish
An interest in tech and telecoms
Background in IT (leading role or development) or company working with broadband
High proficiency in quantitative tools, such as Microsoft Excel
