About the job
Alfa Laval is accelerating the Digital Customer Journey. As part of this transformation, we have created a global organization working with whole Alfa Laval to digitally support and grow our customer experience. We are setting ourselves up to work agile, based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) framework and our value stream is now looking for experienced Product Owner to our e-commerce team in IT.

To support our customers in the best possible way, we strongly believe in customer centric “outside in” approach.

Your job as Product Owner will be to refine business demand, maintain the team backlogs and support the development team to ensure future success.

Who You Are
We believe you are a person who enjoy work in the border between IT and business where you can “translate” business language to IT language and vice versa. You have a strong drive and a high level of team spirit and personal leadership. You welcome collaboration, have a positive attitude and fully invest in the team you are member of.

What You Know
You have a high level of initiative, drive and focus on personal development as well as strong change leadership. You are a strong communicator with good presentation skills. You have a technical background, preferably as a programmer to understand the complexity of IT systems. You are well aware of Agile development methodologies and have experience of Scrum. It’s beneficial if you also have experience from working with the SAFe framework.

As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
