Product Owner

At Voi Technology we want to make cities free from pollution and noise. To make this happen we believe in making light, electrical vehicles more accessible for the people. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Product Owner with a product mindset and technical domain experience to help maximizing the value of the product that is developed and deployed by our development teams. The development teams play an integral part in the development and deployment of all VOI products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Management of development team backlogs.
- Prioritizing product and other stakeholder input to best achieve goals and mission.
- Expressing product and other stakeholder input as implementable and shippable items.
- Optimizing the value of the work the development team performs.
- Supporting alignment between engineering and product around product release plans.
- Ensuring development team backlog transparency towards the organization and stakeholders.
- Requesting that the work performed by the development teams follow stated quality assurance and testing processes.
- Be the key development team stakeholder between engineering and product that ensures effective and smooth collaboration.


ABOUT YOU

- 2+ years of relevant experience preferably within a high-growth technology company within mobility, logistics or e-commerce
- Previous experience in Scrum, Agile and acting as a Scrum Product Owner is strongly preferred
- Technical domain experience and know-how for expressing stakeholder requests as realization definitions
- Demonstrated experience with complex stakeholder facilitation, cross-functional development teams and Scaled Agile
