Your job in plain text

- Drive, plan, and execute product life cycle processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous delivery for our software solutions
- Maintain direct and continuous communication with all peers and stakeholders
- Establish an inspiring team environment with a positive attitude
- Guide and mentor teams in project management processes, practices, and methodologies
- Initiate, monitor, and report on projects’ plans, schedules, and budgets

To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have

- Practical experience in engineering or project management work
- Experience from delivering projects in an agile environment
- Experience acting in the Agile (Scrum) leadership roles of Project Manager, Product Owner, and/or Scrum Master
- Substantial experience and understanding of Software development's full life cycle.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated
- Solid interpersonal skills, able to lead and influence others
- Exposure to or awareness of all phases of software development projects, including analysis, systems design, development, and testing approaches
- Ability to remotely lead global teams
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
