Product Owner

As a Product Owner within the Customer Apps & Services team, you will drive product development through all stages of its lifecycle by setting the roadmap and managing and prioritizing the backlog. You will act to secure that features are delivered in time and drive quality through the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for planning for competence and budget needed accordingly. You will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the product owners with the corresponding team. You will be working in a social environment, which requires you to be a communicative person with good abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships. You will lead, plan and report the ongoing work in relevant forums and communities. The products are a collection of apps and services tailored for Geely brands and external customers.

What You'll Do:

- Lead agile software development team with product in focus

- You'll ensure that our products create value for our customers, users, and our company

- Define and communicate clearly, the vision of the product or very large feature sets

- Work with cross-functional teams which comprise of User Experience, product definition, engineering and business stakeholders

- Define epics/user stories that deliver end-to-end customer value

- Break down execution into roadmap items over a 6-24 months period

- Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Who You Are:

- Extensive experience working in an agile software development environment

- Experience working with Apps and Cloud.

- Experience working as a PO

- ScM/Dev experience is a plus

- Experience working with agile software processes and concepts such as CI/CD

- Experience structuring processes, information and organizations

- Ability to handle a dynamic environment at a high pace

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

- Ability to coach and mentor the people around you
