What we offer
You will be part of the Test Objects & Test Environment, TOTE, ART at R&D Digital. Our mission is to provide the product verification organizations with best-in-class digital solutions and support to ensure an efficient product verification and customer validation.
We seek to strengthen one of our Test Object Content Control, TOCC, products with a servant leader who will be setting the course for this agile product and take it to the next level. The TOCC products supports the entire lifecycle of a test object, from creation and specification throughout the usage phase, and we are merely in the beginning of a very exciting journey for these products. We are looking for a Product Owner for our Core product serving over 1200 users at R&D. TOCC Core is a product within the TOCC portfolio which are responsible for transparent Test Object planning for all activities from build to scrap. TOCC Core is being developed to increase utilization of test objects by establishing workshop planning and standardized planned ordering of materials for workshop activities.
As Product Owner, you’ll be deciding upon priorities in the backlog from a technical and business perspective and continuously keep open dialogues with stakeholders. You will take responsibility for creating, refining, following up on features and coordinating the dependencies with other teams.

Desired qualifications
We seek a candidate that possess the following:
Product Owner, Tester or Technical Leader experience
Experience from working with new development as well as operations in a product landscape with high demands on stability. 
You have experience working with global stakeholders, both within business and digital/IT to build trust-based relationships and open communication, and also,  you effectively align their interests and takes constructive action to navigate difficulties or impediments.
Experience in facilitating collaboration between teams and management with agile development methodologies, motivated by working collaboratively and continuously improving by giving and receiving feedback in teams.
You have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and have a willingness to try new things and challenge the status quo.

Meritorious
• Experience from working with agile tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Miro, etc.)
• Experience and network from working within the Test Object Process
• Experience from and understanding of Volvo Cars Product Structure & Documentation process
