What you’ll do:
You will be part of the Test Objects & Test Environment, TOTE, ART at R&D Digital. Our mission is to provide product verification organizations with best-in-class digital solutions and support to ensure efficient product verification and customer validation.
We seek to strengthen one of our Test Object Content Control, TOCC, products with a servant leader who will be setting the course for this agile product and taking it to the next level. The TOCC products support the entire lifecycle of a test object, from creation and specification throughout the usage phase, and we are merely at the beginning of a very exciting journey for these products. Your area of responsibility will be the specification of test objects.
As Product Owner, you’ll be deciding upon priorities in the backlog from a technical and business perspective and continuously keep open dialogues with stakeholders. You will take responsibility for creating, refining, following up on features, and coordinating the dependencies with other teams.
We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset and an ability to inspire and motivate the team in working towards a common goal. Are you passionate about leading, coaching, and empowering people? Do you share our passion for product verification and understand its importance to Volvo Cars? Who you are:
We are looking for you who have experience from working with new development as well as operations in a product landscape with high demands on stability. You have experience working with global stakeholders, both within the business and digital/IT to build trust-based relationships and open communication. Furthermore, you effectively align their interest and take constructive action to navigate difficulties or impediments.
Working collaboratively in teams and continuously improving by giving and receiving feedback is something that motivates you. You have experience in facilitating collaboration between teams and management with agile development methodologies. As a person, you have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and all the willingness to try new things and challenge the status quo.
If you have experience from working with agile tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Miro, etc.), and an understanding of Volvo Cars Product Structure & Documentation process, is Meritorious.
