Product Owner

Are you the leader we are looking for, to lead our project within ADAS / Autonomous Drive? If you have high energy and passion for leadership, team development, and have a genuine interest in ADAS/AD technologies, this is the position for you.

Your Role

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of one or more Teams within ADAS and Autonomous Drive. You will take technical decisions, creating and prioritizing the backlog while defining the roadmap for the systems. You will collaborate and work closely with other stakeholders (PM / PO / RTE etc.)

Main responsibilities can include the following tasks:

Lead and help the team to understand their purpose

Trusted partner for the client; fostering strong relationships through agility

Communicate to the team, the client and to Capgemini status, issues, and opportunities in a balanced way, brokering/negotiating where conflicts arise

Support & motivate the team members on a continuous basis;

Assist TMs in the personal and career development of the project team members

-
Participate in steering group along with the Team Managers

-
Maintain and extend Capgemini’s influence and reach within the client

-
Follow SAFe framework and Agile way of working


Your Profile

We are now looking for a natural leader, with high social skills. A person who enjoys coaching and mentoring a team, with a background from automotive product development. Structured and self-motivated leader as well as a team player with strong experience in SAFe / Agile way of working.

To be successful in this role, we are happy to see that you have:

More than 8 years of experience from Automotive Product Development, ideally in System Design or Software Development / Testing

-
Leadership experience from the Agile way of working.

-
Previous experience at Volvo Cars is merit.

-
Experience in Software architecture/system architecture Verification & Validation of Functions and/or ECU Platform is a merit

-
Experience in SW or HW deployment and release

-
Knowledge of safety standards (SOTIF, ISO26262) and Cyber security is a merit

-
Experience from ADAS/AD is a merit

-
Good communication skills in English (speech and writing).

Swedish Language (good to have)
