Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team. Lime is a product company; developing, selling, implementing and supporting our own software – to make our users day more effective and fun! What you will do


Product development is all about discovery. You will be at the center of our Build-Meassure-Learn loop, making sure it turns as quickly and efficiently as possible, to home in on ever better product market fit.


As a Product Owner at Lime you will work closely with a product team, an empowered developer team capable of solving any problem. You will, together with the Team Lead, specify what needs to be done and how it should be done. You will manage the teams’ backlog and assist with issue tracking. We use agile methods to figure out what to do, and to make sure we are doing it correctly. You will work closely with our Lime CRM Product Lead, for overall vision and roadmap.


In Lime’s delivery model we develop products that are customized and delivered by our Expert Services department. You will work closely with our Sales department and our Expert Services, to understand their needs, and our joint understanding on what provides value for our end customer. Communication and supporting these departments is essential to this role.


Finally, you are not afraid to get out of the building, meeting real users and customers and truly understanding their needs and pains

Your skills


To be able to do the job well, we believe you:

Have a background in creating software products.
Have a serious get-things-done attitude.
Are technically very well versed, and hopefully know the basics of software development.
You are a born communicator. Equipped with PowerPoint, a good text editor, and maybe a cup of coffee; you are unstoppable.
Enjoy working in an agile environment and love knowledge sharing.
Speak and write English and Swedish fluently.

Placement
This position will be based at our headoffice in Lund. We are located in Sankt Lars park, where we enjoy the outdoor gym, having walk-n-talk meetings, and a convenient commuter location. Since we have product teams spead out, some travelling is to be expected.
