Product Owner

We are currently looking for a Product Owner for our team that is focused on Customer Experience! This includes CRM, customer service tools and player self service for example. As a Product Owner, you are a key leader in the business and are responsible for maximizing the value of the products that you have ownership over.

What impact will you have?

You will define and uphold the vision by creating strategies for the product. This means that you will break down work for optimal player value, prioritize and maintain the backlog. You will work closely with all stakeholders evaluating the progress of product and to understand customer needs and therefore product value. You also make the team work visible and transparent to the rest of the company.

As a Product Owner at Star Stable you:

- Collaboratively define vision and strategy for managing the player- and customer experience
- Ensure visibility across the company by communicating planned and ongoing work, and the outcomes
- Have the mandate and responsibility to build/assess business cases and prioritize initiatives or solutions in a backlog based on business objectives and strategies
- Take higher level goals to the team and together figure out deliverables aligned with business strategy
- Are responsible for planning and coordination with the team to determine how to structure and deliver
- Excels at stakeholder management, communication and coordination
- Prioritize and plan for delivery and address emergent needs
- Are responsible for outcomes and ensure they are tracked and measured


We are looking for someone who:

- Have solid experience as a product owner in an agile environment. If you have previous experience in the customer service environment, it’s an extra bonus.
- Is an excellent communicator with natural leadership skills as you will be managing stakeholders and the team
- Has experience working with tracking systems (e.g. Jira), documenting and creating detailed tasks and tickets
- Advocates agile values and principles
