UX and HMI department has a purpose to deliver best-in-class user experience for Volvo CE products across the globe, to be the pioneer in delivering Intelligent and Intuitive HMI, and, above all, to have Customer centricity is in the heart of everything we do.


What will you be doing?
With our award-winning Co-Pilot tablet and an exciting next-gen solution in development, Android is becoming core to many strands of our work. If your interest lies in developing system solutions for Infotainment products for our futuristic machines, there is a place for you here.
As a Product Owner for UX and HMI products, you will become part of the HMI products family. You will work together with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and manage priorities for teams, acting as their primary customers. You will own a roadmap to share your vision for the HMI domain and align deliveries with product development agile teams. You will break down capabilities and define, elaborate, and drive features. As part of the agile release train, you will be a key player to define and deliver the HMI products of today and the future.


Who will you share your working days with?
You will be part of a diversified and dynamic team with a mix of different genders, personalities, and nationalities. The global UX and HMI team is mainly situated in Sweden and Bangalore, however, we work with extended Volvo CE teams in Korea, China, Germany, USA


Who you are?
You are an engineer with a relevant degree in computer science, electronics, or equivalent. We expect you to have experience in at least two of the following areas: Product Owner, Product Manager, SAFe and Automotive Infotainment Product development. You understand user experience and HMI systems. You have the willingness and capacity to accommodate the right level of competence fast.
You are a self-driven person with a positive can-do attitude and believe that inclusiveness and team effort are the keys to success in a complex world. You communicate well in English (both written and spoken), share your knowledge within the team, and see the benefits of a diverse culture.
