The Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our experienced back office development team! The product has been evolving and improving over the past 6 years and consists of several microservices to automate payments and finance tasks such as reconciliation, remittance, disputes, etc.

The team
The ownership is shared between teams in Sweden and India, with a total of 20+ team members. In this role, you will act as a product owner for the team in Pune while working closely with the PO and the other members of the Stockholm team, all working with the same manager.
Your Day-To-Day responsibilities
Build, plan and prioritize product and technical feature roadmap.
Develop and refine the product and sprints backlog based on its roadmap.
Engage with collaborators and users to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements, to support the development of business cases, as the need arises.

Skills we cannot be without
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
You have strong analytic, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; self-starter with a passion for coming up with solutions and product development.
You are able to develop a 360° view of business, technology, and UX perspectives.
You balance technical and business, understand what is possible and what will have the biggest impact on job.
You are proficient in the English language.
Skills we would like
Previous experience in Payments industry.
Technical\Operational background.
Previous work experience as a product owner.
