We are looking for a Product Owner in our Tetra Top & Tetra Rex development in Programme Management, in the Development & Technology organization. You will be leading a cross-functional team and develop the packages and openings for tomorrow, with sustainability and time to market in strong focus. You will be part of a dynamic working environment and collaborative community.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden. Some international travel may be required.
What you will do
As a Product Owner, you will be part of the Program Management team, where we are responsible for project and program management to meet the Tetra Rex product roadmap.
We lead the innovation and development work, plus have a full life cycle responsibility related to all filling machine systems, packages and openings within Tetra Rex. You will be leading product development projects in a global environment with opportunities for personal growth and career development.
You will be required to network both within and outside Development & Technoolgy to secure alignment of all project activities including co-development with external partners.
Main responsibilities
Managing project execution, including resource and project planning, budget, long term planning, meeting project goals, delivery time, business needs and reporting to governance forums
Driving the product development and lifecycle perspective, including industrialization and deployment, as well as continuous improvement of both products and way-of-working
As product owner, you are also the interface for requests and changes working with stakeholders

We believe you have
The professional skills needed in this role, besides the comprehensive knowledge of project management, is strong leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization. As well, you are a pragmatic person, able to find solutions and work under pressure. Interest in in applying agile mindset into hardware projects is also key.
You have a Master’s Degree in Engineering and minimum 8 years working experience in product development. We believe that you have 3-5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record from managing cross-functional development projects, combined with a business understanding. Experience and training from Scrum and Agile methodology in a non-software application is an advantage.
You are a result orientated and a self-motivated person eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay attention to details balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. Furthermore, you thrive in building and leading strong and capable teams.
This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills able to negotiate and communicate both in general and technical terms. You have strong stakeholders’ management ability as you would interact with high level stakeholders.
Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
