What's in it for you?
In the Test Objects & Test Environment, TOTE, Product Cluster at Product Creation Digital we support Research and Development with IT capabilities needed in testing throughout the whole car development process. A major part of our delivery is the Test Object Content Control, TOCC, umbrella where early phase builds are in the spotlight. The agile TOCC products support the entire lifecycle of a test object, from creation and specification throughout the usage phase, and we are merely at the beginning of a very exciting journey for these products serving over 1500 users at R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and the Production plants globally. TOCC is being developed to increase efficiency by supporting increased Test Object utilization, Content Control and to modernize our old system landscape.
What you’ll do:
We now seek to strengthen our TOCC TOS product, handling Test Object Specification, with a Product Owner who will be setting the course for this agile product and taking it to the next level. As Product Owner, you’ll be prioritizing the backlog from a technical and business perspective and continuously keep open dialogues with our R&D stakeholders. You will take responsibility for creating, refining, following up on features, and coordinating dependencies with other teams. In this role, you will need to establish a wide user network to understand, analyze and break down business needs before we translate them into digital support.

Who you are:
We are looking for you who have experience from working with new development as well as operations in a product landscape with high demands on stability, but also, working with global stakeholders, both within the business and digital/IT to build trust-based relationships and open communication. You are motivated by working collaboratively in teams and continuously improving by giving and receiving feedback. We see that you have experience in facilitating collaboration between teams and management with agile development methodologies.
As a person, you have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. We notice that you have a willingness to try new things and challenge the status quo. Last but not least, you effectively align the interest of multiple, diverse stakeholders and takes constructive action to navigate difficulties or impediments.
Is meritorious if you have: experience and network from working within the Test Object Process; experience from and understanding of Volvo Cars Product Structure & Documentation process; experience from the Product Owner role (eg. backlog pio, refining features, etc.); and experience from working with agile tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Miro, etc.)
The position is located in Gothenburg.
